Darlene F. Suer

Founder & CEO


Darlene established Partners PEO on the following principle: “When a Trusted Business Owner calls at 6:30 AM to report a problem, personally answering the call is what we do. As Founder and CEO, I guarantee your dedicated Client Service Specialist will follow through to resolve your issues immediately. While ensuring that your business operations experience minimal disruption, all your employees are paid correctly and on time from their 1st date of hire.”

Darlene is a Senior Business Advisor with over 25 years of experience, during which time she has served hundreds of Colorado businesses with thousands of worksite employees. She has specific expertise in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Human Resource compliance, and Employee Benefits. Darlene is a licensed producer for all forms of insurance.

Darlene delights in creating home-baked cookie designs during the holidays. In her free time, she enjoys travel and golf.

Darrell Suer

Founder & COO


A proud graduate of Colorado State University’s Impact MBA program, Darrell completed his MBA in 2019. He previously specialized in Information Systems, working for a major auto insurer supporting business critical IT systems. By combining his passion for entrepreneurship with his unique skill set for delivering dynamic business solutions, Darrell works tirelessly to ensure the unmatched quality of our client services.

Proud “girl dad” of two beautiful daughters, Darrell is a Colorado native who loves golf, snowboarding, and enjoying time with his family. During football season, you can be sure to find him in his Broncos gear, rooting for his Mile-High team!

Austin Mellick

Founder & Client Service Manager


As an Infantry Mortarman in the United States Marines, Austin served with 2nd Battalion 1st Marines, Fox Company as a Mortar Section Leader. He personally led over 10 marines ensuring their well-being, growth, and professional development. He also helped provide crucial support and guidance for another 160 Marines, ensuring the success of over 30 training exercises ranging from three to 30 days in length. He brings this passion, dedication, and experience to Partners PEO to deliver his personal ethos, “excellence only,” in every aspect of his work with the company.

A native of Colorado, Austin enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with his family. If he is not working hard in the office, you can be sure to find him at the gym.

Rebecca Hayes

Founder & Business Development Advisor


Call her Becky, please! She came to Partners PEO with a 30-year background in food customer service and is steadfastly dedicated to setting a high bar of excellence for her PEO clients. She enjoys (and has earned) a loyal following of customers who have benefitted from her expertise and personalized care. When you’re lucky enough to meet her in person, you can look forward to enjoying her delicious breakfast burritos and other treats in her gift baskets during employee enrollment meetings.

Becky is a native of Colorado who loves to go camping, fishing, and four-wheeling with her husband in the state’s boundless and varied outdoor locations.

Cindy Squires is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in both small business and larger corporate accounting. A small business owner herself before joining the Partners team, Cindy has lived and worked all over the world, informing her expansive expertise and diversifying her unique skill set.

Goal driven, she has a keen focus on helping others succeed professionally, always keeping in mind that success has a myriad of definitions. A personal goal that drives her philosophy is to learn something new every day and strive to be a light in others’ lives. Cindy has three beautiful children and loves to travel the world, learn new languages, and embrace all the good that life has to offer.

Jeanne Gadbaw

Jeanne has worked extensively in client relations and brings over 15 years of experience as a Human Resources professional to her role at Partners PEO. Proud of her education, she holds multiple degrees and strives to always model the highest levels of her strong work ethic.

Jeanne is an avid fan of the beach and travels to her beloved oceans whenever she can. When she's landlocked, she can often be found with her two grown children, watching or attending baseball or football games. She is rarely to be found without a piece of memorabilia (including her beautiful body art!) from her hometown Rockies or Broncos, and she always makes time to cheer for the Tennessee Lady Vols!

Justin is a proud Colorado State University graduate with a Bachelors in Business, and a further concentration in Finance. A Colorado native, Justin hails from Castle Rock. Justin enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoys attending concerts and socializing with his friends on the weekends.

Justin's family is close-knit, he has 4 siblings and loves his German Shepherds. Justin is a hard-working and resilient member of the Partners PEO team.

Dominic has an enviable resume that he brings to bear for all his interactions with his clients and colleagues alike. From directing a celebrity start-up in Hollywood to managing luxury boutique hotels, his focus is always on providing a VIP experience for anybody lucky enough to be in his orbit. Task-centric and detail oriented, Dominic finds his greatest professional fulfillment in smooth and professional service.

Dominic is a world traveler, and any free time is spent planning for or adding to stamps in his passport. At home in Colorado, he's happiest laughing with his friends and indulging in a good movie or a binge-worthy new show with his family & pets.

He is an enthusiastic and outgoing professional who enjoys working with people while providing insightful and honest business guidance. While managing a family-owned business, he decided to go back to school for an MBA in order to be able help all Colorado businesses in an everchanging economy.

Austin is a proud Colorado native and has lived all over the state while enjoying an abundance of outdoor activities. He enjoys hiking with his wife and dog, playing golf, and being a pro-sports FANatic.

Matt earned his bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Metropolitan State University in Denver. This academic foundation has equipped him with the essential skills to navigate the intricacies of HR practices with finesse and precision. In addition to his professional pursuits, he finds joy in artistic expressions. Whether it's the thrill of singing and acting, or embarking on restorative hikes with his family and canine companion, he believes in the harmonious balance of work and life.

Southern hospitality personified! Chasity is southern born and raised (Texas proud). Graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Pastry Arts and Hospitality Management, she started as a Pastry Chef for up-scale restaurants in Houston, TX. After transitioning into the Hospitality management space and moving to Colorado to help open a fine dining establishment, she discovered a passion for supporting small business owners. She is skilled in customer success, software support and implementation, and loves of helping people!

She can be found crocheting, solving puzzles, playing with the fluffiest cat "Mango" and keeping her friend's and family's bellies full with her southern cooking.

Dan is a Client Service Specialist with experience in client relationship management, customer satisfaction, operations, and training. Most of his career has been spent in customer relationship management within the financial services industry.

Proud father of five wonderful grown children, Dan is a Kansas native who enjoys Colorado’s climate and outdoor activities. Dan loves time with his family, and especially time with his dozen grandchildren. During football and basketball season, you can be sure to find him in crimson and blue, rooting for his Jayhawks!
