Partners PEO - Dedicated, Trusted, Reliable

Welcome to PRO Software

Starting September 1, 2026

Partners PEO is transitioning clients to PRO Software, our new all-in-one platform for payroll, employee information, reporting, time management, and other important workforce tasks.

Use the resources below to access the system, complete common tasks, and help your employees get started.

Step 1. Start Here

  • Where do I log in?
Visit partnerspeo.com and select the PRO Software Login, or log in directly at partnerspeo.prosoftware.com.

  • Do I need to create an account?
Users with previous Prism access do not create an account; you just need to complete your account setup. You should have received an initial login email with your account information. During the first login, you will complete your security setup.

If you are a new employee, or never registered for an online portal access in PrismHR you may need to create a new set of credentials.

  • What credentials or company information do I need?
The initial login email includes a username, temporary password, and login link. Users may also be asked to provide a mobile phone number, create challenge questions, choose a new password, and accept a one-time disclaimer.

  • What if I can’t access my account?
If you did not receive the login email or are unsure how to register for access to the PRO system, contact your Client Service Specialist at 720-593-2270, extension 4.

Step 2. Choose What You Need to Do

Authorized client users and supervisors can view employee records, check onboarding status, and locate specific employees within PRO Software.

Important steps:
  • 1

Open the menu on the left, select Employee, and then choose Employee List.

  • 2

Use the filters to view active, terminated, or all employees. You can also search by employee name, department, or other tracking levels.

  • 3

Double-click an employee or select the eye icon to open their record and view the information available to you.

Next action: If you cannot see the employee or information you need, contact your Client Service Specialist to review your access permissions.

Create a new payroll in PRO Software, verify the pay-period information, enter employee hours, and submit the completed timesheet to Partners PEO for processing.

Important steps:
  • 1

Select Payrolls from the left menu, then choose New Payroll in the upper-left corner.

  • 2

Review the automatically generated period start date, period end date, pay date, and recurring information. Contact your Client Service Specialist if anything is incorrect, then select Start Payroll.

  • 3

Enter employee hours in the timesheet, which saves automatically, and review any color-coded employee events or hour warnings.

Next action: When the timesheet is complete and accurate, select Submit in the upper-right corner. Your payroll processor will be notified automatically and payroll processing will begin.

Clients enrolled in electronic payroll approval can review a completed payroll in PRO Software and either approve it for processing or reject it with an explanation.

Important steps:
  • 1

Open the payroll-ready email and follow its link, or log in to PRO Software and select Payrolls from the left menu.

  • 2

Find the payroll awaiting approval and review its details and available payroll reports.

  • 3

Select Approve to accept the payroll, or provide a reason and select Reject if corrections are needed.

Next action: After approval, you will receive a system notification and your Client Service Specialist will be notified to finalize the payroll. If you cannot access the necessary reports, contact your Client Service Specialist.

PRO Software provides access to payroll-specific documents and a broader Report Center where users can run reports across several categories.

Important steps:
  • 1

Select Reports from the left menu.

  • 2

To find documents for a specific payroll, select the payroll you need and access its available invoice, payroll register, certified payroll report, or other related documents.

  • 3

For additional reporting, open the Report Center, choose a category such as Deductions, Employee, Payroll, or Time Entry, select the report and applicable filters, and choose Run.

Next action: If you need a customized report or cannot access the information you need, contact your Client Service Specialist or the Partners PEO Operations team.
